All About Brandalyn & Mykal
Brendalyn and Mykal had been married for a few years when they inquired with me about an engagement session along the Oregon Coast! When they got married, Mykal was entering the military, so they did a quick elopement and didn’t have any time to have photos done! Now that Mykal was getting out of the military, they wanted to get dressed up and finally have their love captured in the way it deserves!

Exploring the Oregon Coast Together
They started their nontraditional elopement session dressed to the nines, exploring the beautiful Oregon woodlands with their sweet pup. I love how moody and romantic this location was, it was the perfect spot to capture their raw and genuine love!
When we moved to our next location, it was a little cold and windy so Brendalyn and Mykal changed into their matching sweatsuits (this was the cutest thing EVER!). They weren’t into your traditional photoshoot of being posed, they really wanted to be in the moment with each other, not stressing about where to look or where their hands should be. This couple wanted REAL photos of them, and I loved every second of it. This day wasn’t about following a strict plan; it was about doing whatever felt right in the moment!
We spent a total of 4 hours driving up and down the Oregon Coast, from Cannon Beach to Depoe Bay! It was all of our first time on the coast, so we spent a lot of time just taking it all in while also getting bomb photos!
